FTE: 1.0_, Shift: Nights_, Schedule: 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends. Start time is 11pm. 8 shifts per pay period This position is part of the float pool and will require availability to float to the following locations: Tacoma General, Good Sam, Auburn, Allenmore and possibly Capital Medical Center This position includes mileage reimbursement and float premium pay. Position Summary The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is an excellent opportunity at MultiCare to support our Lab Services. In this role, you will be responsible for patient registration and order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. You may also be responsible for specimen pick-up in offices, report sorting and delivery, supply delivery, and other tasks related to the operation of the specific location.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Current Medical Assistant-Certified, Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible - must complete the training and submit application within 90 days of hire
Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred
Phlebotomy experience preferred
Previous experience dealing with the public preferred
