Acute Care - Inpatient Occupational Therapist - Full Time - 40hr Day - BWH - Boston, MA Highlights: The Staff Occupational Therapist position is an excellent opportunity for a Massachusetts licensed Therapist seeking clinical and professional growth at a dynamic academic medical center. We are specifically looking for a therapist who has 2 years of acute rehab or acute care experience. All clinical staff are eligible for merit based promotions through our career ladder program (i.e. staff OT, senior OT, clinical specialist OT) after meeting established criteria as outlined in departmental policy. Occupational Therapists treat patients with a variety of diagnoses across a range of acuity and across seven services: Orthopedics/Trauma, Cardiovascular, Thoracic/Pulmonary, Oncology, Neurology, General Medicine, and the Emergency Department. Additionally, we are looking for clinicians who will be able to treat patients with a variety of different backgrounds and identities. Newly increased Pay Rates!
