About The Position

The Department of Medical Oncology at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson is actively recruiting an inpatient Hospitalist in the Division of Solid Tumor. The recruited individual will assume general inpatient medical care responsibility for patients in our Solid Tumor Inpatient Unit and will work in direct partnership with consulting oncologists to care for this unique patient population. Subspecialty training in hematology, oncology, or stem cell transplantation is not required. The Department of Medical Oncology is part of the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson, an NCI-designated Cancer Center and a leader in cancer treatment and research. Requirements

  • MD/DO.
  • BC/BE physicians in Internal Medicine.
  • Licensed, or eligible, to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

  • Subspecialty training in hematology, oncology, or stem cell transplantation is not required.
