About The Position

Provides a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards. Demonstrates an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Pharmacist: CA (PHARM:CA)
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Current knowledge of evidence-based clinical pharmacy practice and pharmacotherapies
• Knowledge of Health plans such as Medicare, Medical Blue Shield, Blue Cross, HNET, AETNA, WHA, etc.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to all age groups of patients served
• Ability to become fully credentialed with the Dignity Health Medical Foundation and be able to obtain a California Advanced (Aph) license within the established time frame
