Position will be 6:30a to 3p Monday thru Friday, with participation in the Remote rotation (1 week every 6-8 weeks) and weekend and holiday rotation. Validation of drug orders, reviewing and approval of IV admixtures, reviewing and validating all Pyxis refill activity, narcotic distribution. Epic experience a plus as well as hospital experience preferred. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for the overall review, maintenance, revision, and implementation of the Siemens Pharmacy System and Soarian Clinicals CPOE (medications), as well as assisting in the pharmacy as needed. The Clinical Pharmacist collaborates with all hospital staff in order to meet patient's needs. This role helps to improve the health of patients and ensure a high quality of care.
