Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic clinical team at Keck Medicine of USC, located in Los Angeles, CA. Requirements

Registered Dietitian (RD) with at least 2+ years of acute care experience
Experience with diverse patient populations, including critical care and nutrition support
Strong ability to collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
Self directed, flexible team player with strong communication and time management skills
Willingness to learn new skills
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree and/or specialty certification preferred
Experience with PI/QI initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

Provide nutrition care across a diverse patient population, including critical care and nutrition support
Educate and collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff; demonstrate strong interdisciplinary relationship building skills
Participate in Performance Improvement / Quality Improvement (PI/QI) initiatives with an interest in advancing best practices
Willing and eager to learn new processes where prior experience may be limited
Precept and mentor Dietetic Interns
