About The Position
DaVita is hosting a Virtual Career Event on Thursday 5/21 at 12PM ET! We are hiring for multiple positions for our Inpatient RN Dialysis team located in the Greater Cincinnati area! NO dialysis experience required, in depth training provided. Our team supports multiple TriHealth locations in the area and is growing! Make a meaningful impact in acute care nephrology by providing inpatient dialysis to our patients in need. DaVita is seeking an RN to provide dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required
- Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Hospital or critical care nursing experienced preferred
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
- CNN/CDN certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
- Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
- Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes
- Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs
- Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment
