Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
- BLS required.
Nice To Haves
- BSN graduates preferred.
- Behavioral/Psychiatric experience
Responsibilities
- Nursing support for the patient and their families is a catalyst for change and empowerment towards recovery from behavioral health conditions
- Nurses provide meaningful feedback that helps our multidisciplinary team tailor treatment goals to the individual needs of every person.
- Educating and supporting patients and their families during the BH Admission
- Nursing care is key for safety and patient satisfaction. You will lead patient observations, milieu management, and help communicate and address emergent needs of the people we treat.
