We are seeking an Innovation & Transformation Manager to join our team in New York. Innovation & Transformation is Proskauer's function for innovation, transformation, legal technology enablement, and continuous improvement, responsible for delivering governed, adopted, and measurable change across practices, matters, and regions. You will deliver and sustain the products, projects, adoption methodology, support, and measurement that Innovation & Transformation provides to the firm. You will lead pilots and rollouts, drive firmwide adoption, resolve technical and process issues, and deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency; you will partner with lawyers, business professionals, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership; and you will play a leading role in a function that is reshaping how Proskauer operates.
Requirements
- Experience in innovation, transformation, legal technology enablement, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to deliver governed, adopted, and measurable change.
- Experience leading pilots and rollouts.
- Experience driving firmwide adoption.
- Ability to resolve technical and process issues.
- Ability to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
- Experience partnering with lawyers, business professionals, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
