International Private Bank- Innovation Economy Professional – Analyst
About The Position
Are you someone who has an interest in supporting the Innovation Economy business and is looking to grow your career working in a globally diverse organization? As a Business Support Professional, you will partner with Business Heads and key stakeholders to drive growth and change. You will help develop and deliver on business strategies and priorities, and support ongoing operations of the Innovation Economy business. As a successful candidate you will: Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards Analyze data and produce market-mapping insights that inform coverage and engagement priorities Define success metrics and track ROI, reporting impact and trends to senior management Leverage AI/LLM tools to improve the speed and quality of deliverables and workflows Assist in the coordination of team activities and networking initiatives, materials for events, town halls, and strategy working sessions Lead and support internal strategic initiatives to enhance, track and report the business ongoing activities and drive improvements to internal processes and product offering Support the creation of marketing materials and newsletter for internal and / or external distribution Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites Collaborate with functional partners across International Private Bank regions to help achieve business objectives Support recurring business management cadence and reporting to ensure timely execution of priorities Assist in identifying key business risks and help to drive resolution of mitigating controls
Requirements
- An interest in project management, and business analysis
- Developing experience in driving stakeholder agendas, delivering presentations to stakeholders/senior leaders, and articulating rationale in design decisions
- Skills in communication, writing, organization, and time management
- Judgment and discretion working with confidential and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years working experience preferred
