Innovation and Venture Support Specialist
About The Position
The I-Hub's Innovation and Venture Support Specialist supports the planning, coordination and execution of Tom Love Innovation Hub projects and client-facing programs that advance research, entrepreneurship and commercialization. The position works across I-Hub programs and with university and statewide partners to manage project timelines, coordinate resources, monitor progress and ensure high-quality deliverables. The position also provides business and proposal-development support to researchers, founders and small businesses, including support for Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) services for eligible SBIR/STTR awardees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, program planning, or related area
Responsibilities
- Supports the planning, coordination and execution of Tom Love Innovation Hub projects and client-facing programs that advance research, entrepreneurship and commercialization.
- Works across I-Hub programs and with university and statewide partners to manage project timelines, coordinate resources, monitor progress and ensure high-quality deliverables.
