We have an exciting opportunity for a Innovation and Solution Design Manager, Business Solutions to join the MourantGS Business Solutions team. This strategic role will place you at the intersection of innovation, design and delivery, helping to shape how technology, particularly AI evolves across our business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the firm to drive efficiency, improve insight and enhance the quality of service we deliver to clients. In this role, your focus will be on designing practical, sustainable approaches that support long term goals and improve efficiency, insight and service quality. About the role Identify emerging technologies, including AI tools, with practical and measurable value Support integration, APIs and data exchange across core systems Maintain a rolling technology roadmap to guide long‑term planning across MourantGS Test and validate ideas early through prototypes and evidence‑based assessments Develop and align solution design, data quality and security standards with Mourant IT Monitor vendor and supplier developments, coordinating demos and technical discussions Assess benefits, costs and operational implications to support clear recommendations Provide expert guidance to help support teams adopt, manage and maintain new technology Lead the design and implementation of the AI strategy across MourantGS Balancing fresh thinking with sound judgement, structure and long term sustainability About you Previous experience translating business needs into a technology roadmap that guides investment and adoption. Exposure and understanding of the trust and corporate services industry Industry experience with applications and end‑to-end technology projects Demonstrable understanding of solution design approaches Proven ability to analyse complex information and translate it into practical, sustainable solutions Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, with clear and confident communication skills Strong interest in technology innovation and the responsible application of emerging tools, including AI, in a professional services context. Requirements

• Previous experience translating business needs into a technology roadmap that guides investment and adoption.
