About The Position

We are looking for innovative leaders to design the next generation of world-class fulfillment centers and logistics systems across the globe. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to design high quality, cost-effective solutions for our fulfillment and distribution systems. You will own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval, serving as the primary point of technical contact for suppliers. After design completion and approval, you will hand off the project to the Ops Engineering team for installation and commissioning, supporting them to ensure successful implementation. Projects may include green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits, encompassing highly automated fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and transportation centers, with a mix of template-based and designed-from-scratch approaches. You will work within a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment alongside highly skilled and engaged engineers on hundreds of projects annually, facing challenges, learning opportunities, and working on high-impact, high-visibility projects.
