This role serves as an Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) Coordinator, focusing on Other Transactions (OTs) to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The primary goal is to enable the agency to manage and oversee advanced research and development efforts, shape future R&D concepts, integrate healthcare ecosystem processes, and expand the agency's scope. The position involves direct support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders. The role requires assisting with the development and administration of ARPA-H programs, supporting solicitation development, managing ISO proposals, tracking negotiations, and coordinating cost proposals and technical evaluations. It also involves tracking metrics, managing multiple projects on short timelines, and collaborating with a diverse team of scientists, engineers, contracting officers, and IT professionals. The candidate will own the end-to-end process, acting as a central point for progress and data management using tools like Jira and Confluence. Effective communication of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial. The role also includes evaluating IT systems, identifying optimization opportunities, conducting independent research, analyzing data, and participating in problem-solving sessions. Strong client engagement is essential, requiring continuous interface with the Government Program Manager, Mission Office leadership, contracting personnel, performer teams, and external members of the public. The candidate will represent Intertwine Associates and the client with professionalism and sound judgment. This is a remote position with approximately 10-20% CONUS travel.
