Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality from check-in to check-out
- Manage reservations, answer guest inquiries, and ensure every stay exceeds expectations
- Set up and maintain our complimentary breakfast and social hour
- Help maintain clean, comfortable, guest-ready rooms
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support teammates across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
