About The Position

The Inner Tube Assembler is responsible for the optical system of the endoscope as well as ensuring that the product is free from visible dirt, dust, or scratches. This will include cleaning, bonding, checking, and testing the final product. Opportunities for growth within the company including: Inner Tube Technician, Inner Tube Specialist, or Inner Tube Coordinator.

Requirements

• Microscope experience
• Ability to maintain precise hand eye coordination to perform detailed tasks with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Disassembly of optical systems (unloading from tube)
• Clean and inspect unloaded optical components
• Alignment and rebuilding of optical systems
• Alignment and bonding of optical components
• Inspect for function and against specifications
• This position requires strong visual inspection skills
• Other duties as requested, directed, or assigned based on knowledge and training experience
