About The Position

The Inner Tube Assembler Trainee is responsible for the optical system of the endoscope, ensuring the product is free from visible dirt, dust, or scratches. This involves cleaning, bonding, checking, and testing the final product. There are opportunities for growth within the company into roles such as Inner Tube Technician, Inner Tube Specialist, or Inner Tube Coordinator.

Requirements

• Microscope experience
• Ability to maintain precise hand eye coordination to perform detailed tasks with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Disassembly of optical systems (unloading from tube)
• Clean and inspect unloaded optical components
• Alignment and rebuilding of optical systems
• Alignment and bonding of optical components
• Inspect for function and against specifications
• This position requires strong visual inspection skills
• Other duties as requested, directed, or assigned based on knowledge and training experience
