About The Position

TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced printed circuit boards (“PCB”s). TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. The Inner Layer Operator is responsible for changing photo resist rolls on the laminator as needed. This involves opening the laminator drawer, lifting used rolls out, loading new rolls, threading the material through the machine, and closing the drawer. The role also includes performing PALs (equipment parameter checks) at the beginning of each shift, strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines, following dispatch as required, and adapting to schedule changes for Hot Orders and customer requirements. The position requires working closely with others in a team environment and demonstrating a strong, customer-focused culture with a sense of urgency.

Requirements

Printed circuit board manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Will train if needed.
Strong understanding and demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents. Will train if needed.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.
Ability to perform detailed work.
Ability to stand throughout shift.
Able to understand and perform written procedures.
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

Change the photo resist rolls on the laminator as needed.
Open laminator drawer, lift the used photo resist or mylar roll out of the top and bottom section of the drawer and place on a cart.
Remove spindle from core and place in a new roll.
Load the new roll into the machine.
Team lifts roll over 35 pounds.
Thread the photo resist and mylar through the laminator and close the laminator drawer.
Perform PAL’s at the beginning of every shift to assure that all parameters on the equipment are in running conditions.
Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines.
Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes in response to Hot Orders and customer requirements.
Work closely with others in a Team environment.
Demonstrate a strong, customer-focused culture.
Operate with a true sense of urgency.
