About The Position

As a Inmate Transport Officer in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a driving Security Professional supporting government inmate transportation operations, you will help maintain a controlled environment through attentive monitoring, vehicle operations, routine inspections, and clear communication. You will remain visible to help deter incidents while delivering professional service and working closely with a dedicated team. Requirements

Must be 21+ years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Prior Law Enforcement or Military or Corrections experience required
Be a graduate of a Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a Corrections Officer License.
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid firearms permit is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
