The Inline Inspector 1 is responsible for performing product inspection for the Silicon line. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual looking to start or continue growing a career in manufacturing.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent hand eye coordination and finger dexterity required.
• Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.
• Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to details.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
• This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” according to U.S. federal law.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approves finished products by confirming specifications.
• Enter all pertinent information required into production logs.
• Conduct visual inspection with mechanical instruments, such as a microscope.
• Apply customer & internal specifications to determine quality of product.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Ability to read internal specifications.
