About The Position

This position is a developmental role within the Specialty Products Division and a functional part of the production team at the blend facility. Qualified candidates must be energetic, highly motivated, and self-directed with a can-do approach. The role requires dedication, flexibility, organization, and strong multi-tasking skills. Computer literacy is essential.

Requirements

• Goal oriented, a self-starter and good communicator.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Demonstrate a sincere interest and desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Participate with the Superintendent in all daily activities.
• Production of daily orders.
• Packaging and labeling of the finished product.
• Palletizing and preparing all orders for shipment.
• Scheduling pickup with trucking companies.
• Cleaning the plant at the end of the day.
• Performing other duties as directed.
• Customer assistance as necessary.
