Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, or related field
- Typically 2-4 years experience.
- Understanding of Chemistry and formulations.
- Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
- Designing safe, robust, repeatable, and efficient manufacturing processes
- Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate results and improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
Responsibilities
- Process Engineer for CIMO Hermes, Tusken and PIL lines including all reactive troubleshooting, driving proactive process improvements, and maintaining documentation for all manufacturing processes
- BAG Lead for CIMO owning schedule, sampling, documentation, reactive troubleshooting, and proactive improvements
- Metrics Lead for CIMO monthly and quarterly metrics and management reviews
- NPQ Process Engineer Lead working directly with partners on scale up requests, build sheets, process development, scheduling, documentation, pre-build meetings, overseeing the builds, and tracking financials for NPQ metrics
