Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, or related field
  • Typically 2-4 years experience.
  • Understanding of Chemistry and formulations.
  • Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Designing safe, robust, repeatable, and efficient manufacturing processes
  • Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate results and improvements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.

Responsibilities

  • Process Engineer for CIMO Hermes, Tusken and PIL lines including all reactive troubleshooting, driving proactive process improvements, and maintaining documentation for all manufacturing processes
  • BAG Lead for CIMO owning schedule, sampling, documentation, reactive troubleshooting, and proactive improvements
  • Metrics Lead for CIMO monthly and quarterly metrics and management reviews
  • NPQ Process Engineer Lead working directly with partners on scale up requests, build sheets, process development, scheduling, documentation, pre-build meetings, overseeing the builds, and tracking financials for NPQ metrics
