About The Position
Setup and operate all inkjet and mailing devices according to specification on the job ticket as well as maintaining quality standards of jobs produced by these machines. Ensure each and every order is produced to specification while meeting delivery deadlines. Training and mentoring new and existing employees, ensuring consistent knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices to improve team performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
- Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment
