About The Position

Accelerate Therapy and Performance (ATP) is seeking a part-time/PRN Injury Prevention Specialist to provide injury prevention services for a grocery store warehousing and distribution client in Denton, Texas. The role is performed in person and involves working with industrial athletes to support proactive wellness and individualized care. The position offers autonomy, consistent hours, opportunities for advancement, ongoing professional development, an employee recognition platform, and a flexible schedule. Support includes filling in during vacations and sick days, as well as one scheduled weekend day per month for up to an eight-hour shift.

Requirements

Meet at least one of the listed professional qualification pathways: Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and a bachelor's degree; Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with an associate's degree; Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with an associate's degree; Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a bachelor's degree; Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor's degree and certification from a reputable organization; Exercise Science/Kinesiology; or Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science/kinesiology or a related field and a reputable certification.
Hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
Have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
Be proficient in Google Suite.
Have experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions.
Be confident, professional, and self-motivated.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
