About The Position

Accelerate Therapy and Performance (ATP) is seeking a Part-Time Injury Prevention Specialist to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality care and injury prevention services to a grocery store warehousing/distribution client. The specialist will work with licensed healthcare professionals and certified fitness providers, focusing on personalized impacts on working individuals. The position offers autonomy, consistency, and opportunities for advancement and professional development.

Requirements

Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor’s degree
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate’s degree
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with associate's degree
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with bachelor’s degree
Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor’s degree and certification from a reputable organization
Exercise Science/Kinesiology
Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field and a reputable certification
Active CPR/AED/First Aid certification
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Proficient in Google Suite
Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
Confident, professional, and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
