About The Position

This is a temporary, full-time role for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA accepted!), Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse to play an active role in conducting new and innovative clinical trials. The position is projected to last 6-8 weeks and does not require prior research experience. DelRicht Research is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! We hold our team members to a high standard of excellence and are looking for energetic, positive, quick learners to be a part of our team. Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.

Requirements

Active healthcare certification such as CMA, CCMA, RMA, RN or LPN is required
Prior patient care experience
Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
Ability to prioritize exceptional patient care and contribute to a welcoming, supportive environment
Ability to balance multiple tasks with focus and efficiency
Ability to take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish, demonstrating accountability and reliability

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients in our clinical research studies
Guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, intake, vitals, ECGs, blood draws, IM injections, and progress notes
Administer IM injections safely and accurately
Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols
Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision
