Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong safety awareness and respect for structured processes
Ability to read basic prints and use hand measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing

Nice To Haves

Prior manufacturing experience (especially injection molding) is a plus, but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities

Support setup, cleaning, and operation of injection molding machines according to established process parameters
Follow and accurately document setup, validation, and quality check requirements
Perform and record quality inspections at required AQL intervals
Clean machines, tooling, and work areas according to defined procedures
Operate equipment as needed to support production goals
Assist in achieving daily and weekly production targets while minimizing scrap and yield loss
Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout each shift
Work assigned day or night shifts based on production needs
Participate in training and development to build advanced technician skills over time
Follow all safety requirements and company policies, including tobacco-free facility guidelines
