About The Position

This role involves performing routine tasks in a manufacturing environment, including fabrication and testing, while closely following instructions and documenting work accurately. The technician will work under close supervision, learning about material handling, auxiliary equipment, and mold setup. Familiarity with various molding processes, part measurement tools, quality inspection techniques, and blueprint interpretation is expected. The position also includes learning to identify and report molding defects, demonstrating basic communication skills, and understanding the importance of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
• Basic knowledge of material handling and auxiliary equipment (e.g., dryers, conveyors, chillers).
• Familiarity with different molding processes (e.g., injection, compression, blow, thermoforming).
• Basic understanding of part measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and part drawings.
• Demonstrates basic communication skills; listens actively and follows instructions.
• Shows initiative in learning and completing assigned tasks reliably.
• Understands the importance of product quality and customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry Level and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Certification or associate's degree preferred.
