About The Position

Adler Pelzer Group, a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry, is seeking Injection Molding Process Technicians for their manufacturing operations in Thomson, GA. The Injection Molding Process Technician monitors the operational process flow and quality of production parts related to Compound Injection Molding, and troubleshoots any equipment problems. This role is responsible for Machine and Tooling Setup and ensures the accuracy, efficiencies, and parameters of process change.

Requirements

• Experience with Compound Injection Molding equipment and processes.
• Ability to perform machine and tooling setup.
• Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining injection molding equipment and robots.
• Understanding of process parameters and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Start up, process and shut down the compound injection molding equipment and lines.
• Conduct tool changes on compound injection molding lines.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance of injection molding machine and robots.
• Conduct trouble shooting and maintenance task on compound injection molding lines.
• Operate and trouble shoot robots.
