About The Position

Adler Pelzer Group, a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry, is seeking Injection Molding Process Technicians for their manufacturing operations in Oregon, OH. The Injection Molding Process Technician monitors the operational process flow and quality of production parts related to Compound Injection Molding, and troubleshoots any equipment problems. This role is responsible for machine and tooling setup and ensures the accuracy, efficiencies, and parameters of process change.

Requirements

Experience in Injection Molding Process Technician role.
Ability to monitor operational process flow and quality of production parts.
Skill in troubleshooting equipment problems.
Proficiency in machine and tooling setup.
Ability to ensure accuracy, efficiencies, and parameters of process change.
Experience with compound injection molding equipment and lines.
Experience with tool changes on compound injection molding lines.
Experience with preventative maintenance of injection molding machines and robots.
Experience with operating and troubleshooting robots.

Responsibilities

Start up, process and shut down the compound injection molding equipment and lines.
Conduct tool changes on compound injection molding lines.
Assist with Preventative Maintenance of injection molding machine and robots.
Conduct trouble shooting and maintenance task on compound injection molding lines.
Operate and trouble shoot robots.
