About The Position

Forgeon Solutions, Inc. (FSI) is a trusted manufacturer in the injection molding industry, known for precision, reliability, and high-quality production. Formerly operating as VTE World, our Pellston facility continues decades of proven manufacturing excellence and innovation. We’re hiring an Injection Molding Operator to support production at our Pellston facility. You’ll remove parts from injection molding machines, inspect for quality, complete documentation, and help maintain smooth production flow. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Pull molded parts, inspect for defects, and ensure accuracy.
• Pack and label parts according to documentation.
• Maintain daily production records.
• Follow safety, quality, and work instructions at all times.
