About The Position
We are currently searching for an Injection Molding Operator to be based out of Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Molding Manager, this Molding Operator’s primary focus will be tending the machines, packaging parts, basic material handling, and accomplishing daily production goals. This role is for the Night Shift, with working hours from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM.
Requirements
- Experience reading and interpreting work orders
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted
- Have an attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Previous machine operating and forklift experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Run various machines and equipment within the molding department
- Process and complete paperwork, and operate a forklift as required
- Follow plant safety rules and wear proper PPE, which includes safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toe boots/shoes, and gloves
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
