About The Position

SLP in Sullivan, MO is currently looking for a 3rd shift Injection Molding machine operator to regularly operate machines in the plant.

Requirements

• Must be physically capable of performing the job.
• Usual activities include walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time; bending, stooping, lifting and carrying boxes or other items, up to 50 pounds.
• Entry level experience.

Responsibilities

• Load material or assist in loading material for all machines when required.
• Clean the entire exterior of any machine.
• Handle parts as produced.
• Take parts from machine.
• Run all machines at best possible cycle.
• Keep area around machines clean.
• Relieve operators when required.
• Perform all secondary operations whenever required.
• Responsible for inspecting the visual quality of finished parts whenever required.
• Pack acceptable parts as required.
• Count parts make and seal boxes, sweep up when and where required.
• Accurately complete paperwork as required.
• From time to time will be required to perform work in equal or lower classifications.
