Requirements

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, scientific/injection molding processes and development.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, and materials.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and budgets.

Nice To Haves

Automation experience a plus.
Master Molder/RJG certifications are a plus.
Experience with mold design and troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability, quality, and scalability of new and existing products ensuring seamless transitions from design to production.
Design and optimize robust, repeatable, and scalable processes for injection molding and plastics-based manufacturing.
Oversee process validation activities ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing processes.
Provide technical support to resolve production issues related to injection molding and automation.
