If you love working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and keeping machines running at peak performance, this could be your perfect fit. This is a true hands-on mechanical role — perfect for candidates who enjoy working directly with machines and have real-world experience in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Previous manufacturing or production floor experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM).
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manual injection molding machines in a high-volume environment.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment using pneumatic and hydraulic expertise.
- Perform quality checks on molded parts and ensure products meet exact specifications.
- Assist with changeovers, machine setup, and preventive maintenance.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
