About The Position

The role is responsible for ownership and execution of non-business systems related strategic initiatives & workstreams (efficiency, new launch, optimization, commercialization) that will drive material business and customer value for all businesses. Manages project execution and leads enterprise initiatives end-to-end by collaborating seamlessly across the enterprise that deliver significant outcomes and change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of non-business systems strategic project, integrations and migrations related initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization.
  • Defines and manages project intake process & allocation of resources including program governance.
  • Responsible for senior stakeholder management, key project decisions, managing budget, and communication status and risks to cross-functional business partners.
  • Leads indirect team of cross-functional members to align on business objectives and the ability to influence and drive change with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise and knowledge on core business systems such as OMS, S4, CMP to meet project objectives.
  • Ability to context switch on demand, respond quickly and efficiently when managing multiple high priority projects.
