Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage pre-qualified guests in a face-to-face, appointment-only sales environment (no lead generation required).
  • Build rapport by actively listening to guest needs, travel interests, and vacation goals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and resort amenities.
  • Generate sales volume while maintaining a professional, ethical, and guest-focused approach.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with guests through email, phone, and written correspondence to ensure satisfaction.
  • Apply approved Hilton Grand Vacations selling concepts and strategies.
  • Participate in weekly sales training and ongoing development sessions.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment aligned with company values.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced sales environment and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
