About The Position

The Associate Inhouse Consultant role is a 24-month leadership development program (LDP) for recent MBA/Masters/PhD Graduates. You will participate in a mix of strategic management consulting projects and functional rotations in the Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics industries. Year 1: Build core competencies with on-the-job training through a wide variety of regional and global projects with consultants and senior business leaders across our global businesses. Year 2: Immerse in the businesses through 3-4 functional rotations of your choice (e.g., marketing, operations, business development) across our business sectors: Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. You will have the opportunity to do one of the rotations internationally. Following successful completion, leverage the network you’ve developed to transition to a business sector and function to continue your development as a future leader within the organization. Associates will also participate in targeted professional trainings to continuously improve their technical expertise, business acumen, and soft skills. Applicants should be prepared for behavioral and consulting case interviews.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or Ph. D. in Business (Business Administration, Finance, etc.), Life Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc.), or Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) with graduation date of 2024 through Spring 2027
  • External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
