About The Position

Soitec is a company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, operating at the forefront of the microelectronics value chain. Their innovative semiconductor materials are essential for smartphone functionality and the global rollout of 5G, also offering opportunities for connected cars, electric and autonomous vehicles, and edge computing for IoT devices. The company is committed to responsible innovation and sustainable development, aiming to enable the mass adoption of technological innovations while significantly reducing their environmental footprint. In an industrial environment built on M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communication, testing phases are critical for facilitating development and debugging, securing deliverables, and minimizing testing/validation time on physical equipment within a 24/7 production facility. To address these constraints, a portion of testing is currently conducted on a simulator platform, and the company aims to continue developing a new generic testing platform to optimize performance and resolve various challenges. Within the IT department, you will join the CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) team, responsible for developing all automations and applications surrounding product manufacturing. The primary goal of this apprenticeship is to advance the development of a generic equipment simulator.

  • You are looking for a 12 or 24-month apprenticeship to deepen your skills in .NET technologies, UML, and Hexagonal Architecture.
  • You are passionate about technology and recognized for your proactivity and persistence.
  • Your professionalism, autonomy, and strong communication skills will be the keys to succeeding in this challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Mastering automation scenarios: Gaining a deep understanding of our industrial workflows.
  • Functional Analysis: Studying current developments to master the existing simulator’s functionality.
