About The Position

In 2023, more than 30,000 hours of training are planned! It is in this context that our Corporate Training division, currently composed of 2 employees, is recruiting its future work-study student to support the department's activities and the deployment of the training plan. Your main mission is to ensure the planning, organization and follow-up of safety training. For this, you will be in direct contact with the HSE (Health Safety Environment) team, which guarantees the definition of needs and regulatory obligations. You will be in charge of preparing, organizing and monitoring the training sessions, in relation with internal clients (managers, employees and trainers) and external clients (service providers that are the training organizations). You will also be involved more or less punctually in various projects related to the group's training activity.
Requirements
- Student in Professional License, Bachelor or BUT specialized in Human Resources (Generalist, Skills and Training, HR Development...), you are looking for a work-study program of one year minimum for September 2026.
- You are known for your autonomy and your rigor.
- Your mastery of computer tools will be highly appreciated.
- Your sense of communication and your good interpersonal skills are essential to be in contact with internal and external clients.
