About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a Civil Engineering Project Manager with excellent technical skills, strong knowledge, and a desire to leverage their expertise within a versatile team. The selected candidate will be responsible for various services and deliverables related to civil engineering projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an asset).
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Experience in consulting engineering.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specialization in infrastructure (sewers, water, RTU) and roadworks.
  • Knowledge of best practices for stormwater management.
  • Familiarity with drainage network modeling software (SWMM) and water distribution software (EPANET).
  • Familiarity with standards and regulations concerning water and sanitary and storm sewer networks.
  • Availability for travel to project sites.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid remote work context.
  • Motivated to join a team that balances respect for individual needs and project deadlines.

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Determine client needs and estimate costs for civil infrastructure projects.
  • Obtain project inputs (existing plans, regulations, surveys, studies).
  • Design water, sewer, and road networks.
  • Perform hydraulic calculations.
  • Coordinate the implementation of urban technical networks (RTU) works.
  • Produce and interpret plans and specifications.
  • Estimate project quantities and costs.
  • Prepare municipal permit and ministerial authorization applications.
  • Plan and control civil engineering works.
  • Ensure the conformity of construction works.
