About The Position

InfuCare Rx is a URAC- and ACHC-accredited home infusion provider offering IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services in homecare and infusion suite settings. The company describes its work environment as ethical, team-oriented, and focused on quality. Rapid expansion has created an opportunity for an IVIG Infusion Registered Nurse. The Infusion Suite Nurse provides patient care through IV therapy, monitors and advocates for patients, communicates with patients and the nursing team, and maintains compliant clinical records.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• At least 3 years of experience as an RN; home care experience is preferred, and exceptional IV skills are required.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record, and pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret, and monitor patients’ conditions; notify appropriate personnel of changes and act as the patient’s advocate.
• Collaborate with the care team to help achieve positive client care outcomes.
• Discuss healthcare with patients, listen to their concerns, and relay relevant information to the nursing team.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
