Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• 1+ years of RN experience in a clinical care setting supporting infusion therapy
• Experience with starting peripheral IVs (PIVs) and accessing ports
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation for travel to patient sites

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards
• Infusion therapy experience, preferably home infusion
• Knowledge of INS standards of practice
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide infusion nursing care
• Establish and maintain vascular access devices
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient response
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and self-care
• Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and care teams
