Requirements
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state for which you are applying.
- 1 year experience.- critical care experience preferred
- IV insertion skills required
- Physical and TB screen within the last year
- Current CPR certification
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Reliable car / auto insurance.
- Clean background and criminal record.
Nice To Haves
- critical care experience preferred
- Infusion experience in home or clinical setting preferred but not required- will train on site
Responsibilities
- Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act, in the clients home
- Perform infusions in the home setting
- Monitor patient’s condition and complete vitals
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
- Assures proper maintenance of electronic health record compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
