Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a compassionate, skilled Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing team. Requirements

Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills.
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

Previous infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer IV medications, hydration, antibiotics, and specialty infusion therapies.
Assess patients before, during, and after infusions for safety and effectiveness.
Monitor for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document care accurately.
Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies, medications, and disease management.
Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
