Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)
About The Position
IVX Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient clinic. The nurse administers infusions and injections, monitors patient responses, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized, patient-centered care. The role includes on-site and virtual supervision, patient and family education, clinical documentation, care coordination, and support for clinic operations. The nurse may work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed. The posted schedule is four days per week, Monday through Friday in eight-hour shifts, plus a minimum of two Saturdays per month. Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS certification.
- Strong IV and infusion therapy skills, including experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
- Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

- PALS certification.
- Clinical background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer infusions and injections and provide on-site and virtual supervision.
- Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
- Educate patients and families about treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
- Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
- Assist with inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
- Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
