About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a Chemo Infusion unit within an acute care hospital setting. The RN will provide specialized infusion and oncology nursing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of infusion nursing experience required
• BCLS certification required
• ONCC or ONS certification required

Nice To Haves

• Epic charting experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, biologic therapies, blood products, and infusion treatments
• Monitor patients for infusion reactions and treatment-related complications
• Assess patient conditions before, during, and after infusion therapies
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and side effects
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with oncology providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and infusion protocols
• Float between like units as needed
