Requirements

Licensed Paramedic with valid certification.
1+ year of IV starting experience (mental health experience preferred but not required).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A patient-first mentality with a commitment to compassionate care.
Willingness to learn and grow in TMS and ketamine treatment methods.
1-2 years of experience (3 years preferred).

Responsibilities

Administer IV infusions and IM injections of ketamine under physician or nurse practitioner supervision.
Conduct patient assessments, reviewing medical history, medications, and vital signs.
Monitor patients during TMS therapy and ketamine treatments, ensuring safety and comfort.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
Provide emergency medical intervention when needed.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment with an “all hands-on deck” approach.
