As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nurse Apprentice, you'll play an important role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals receiving infusion therapies, injections, blood transfusions, and IV hydration treatments. Many of our patients are managing chronic and autoimmune conditions, making this a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their health and quality of life. This position may require occasional travel to our other Infusion Center locations in Boise and Nampa.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
- American Heart Association (AHA)
- American Red Cross (ARC)
- American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently enrolled in an accredited school of nursing with: ACEN accreditation, CCNE accreditation, CNEA accreditation
- Nurse Apprentice Letter or Nursing Intern Letter from the State Board of Nursing
- No prior healthcare experience required
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients for their appointments
- Room patients and prepare them for treatment
- Turnover and prepare patient treatment rooms between visits
- Assist Registered Nurses with patient care and clinical support
- Support patient flow throughout the clinic
- Perform phlebotomy duties if trained and qualified
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for every patient
