About The Position
This role is a full-time Fall internship (40 hours a week) during the Fall months. Assist Carrier Network Automation SME in all Continuous Improvements Initiatives as below: Observability enhancements - Workflow gap eliminations, Automation & UI developments.
Requirements
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Digital Technology
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Python and similar programming languages Experience and Git
- Working knowledge of Computer, software, and networking concepts
- ITSM platform like SNOW familiarity
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Access and other Windows products
- Prior experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills
- Ability to read and understand scope of work
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
