Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration, technical support, or a related IT role.
  • VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar virtualization technologies (Required)
  • Infrastructure monitoring and incident management tools (Required)
  • Systems administration across compute, storage, and operating systems (Required)
  • Troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support practices (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting virtualized environments and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
  • Experience working in a 24x7 operations or service support environment.
  • Automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Bash (Nice to Have)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain compute, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure to ensure high service availability.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents in a timely manner while supporting 24x7 operational activities.
  • Install and support data center and lab infrastructure, including hardware deployment, cabling, power, and connectivity.
  • Execute operational procedures, approved automation workflows, and infrastructure maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, networking, and application teams to maintain stable and secure services.
